Amanda is a seasoned talent acquisition leader who holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and has been building and maintaining effective attraction, hiring, and retention strategies for two decades. She has worked with organizations of all sizes and stages of growth, creating successful initiatives that foster inclusivity and equity. With a deep background in technology, Amanda has been a part of building three unicorn startups, as well as numerous other high-growth, fast-scaling companies.

People & Talent StrategistJacki (she/her) is a Higher Education professional turned Talent & People Experience Partner. She holds a Masters of Education with a focus on Administration and Supervision and is passionate about recruiting, the candidate and hiring manager experience, onboarding, employee experience, and company culture.

With a Masters in Leadership and Communication from Gonzaga University, she focuses on true belonging through intentional programming and systematic inclusion. She is a Business Mentor of the University of Washington MBA program and has been featured in HR Executive magazine and Seattle Sports Commission through her efforts in Gender and Pay Equity.
